The Standby is literally a hidden gem. With an entrance in an alley and a doorway of an old elevator shaft, this place has every kind of cool vibe you can imagine! But besides the fact it oozes coolness, it has some killer drinks to score for yourself or even share with friends. Those large metal Pineapples? They are filled with one of their signature drinks, Fibonacci’s Curse, made from St. George Green Chile Vodka, House Verdita, Cinnamon and Tiki Bitters! During my last visit, I was able to sip on a super yummy concoction called a Snake in the Grass, which essentially tasted like spring with a kick! Even though I didn’t get a chance to grab a bite to eat, word on the street is that even their food gives their cocktails a run for their money. So, who’s with me to head back for dinner?
