4 Simple Steps to Smooth Summer Legs


The first step to getting smooth legs is to give them a good scrub. Exfoliating your body also helps your moisturizer penetrate better and your self-tanner apply more evenly, since the process removes dead cells that make skin’s surface rough.

  • 1/2 cup of Brown Sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons of coconut oil

Your legs won’t look their best unless they’re properly hydrated, which is where more coconut oil comes comes in. The oil is best applied right after stepping out of the shower.   1. Mix equal parts coffee grounds and oil in a bowl and let sit for 5 minutes
  2. Standing either in your tub or shower (unless you want it on your bathroom floor) with gloves, rub the mixture over your legs for 5 minutes and let sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Quickly Rinse

    I’m going to have to try that DIY scrub. I’ve used Nair before and I like it… it just smells weird. Have they changed the smell at all? It’s been a few years since I’ve tried.
