After a few months of being locked away at home with the babe, I am finally living an active lifestyle again. It feels so good to get out and move! Between daily walks with Finn (sometimes 2x a day), runs in the park at night or heading to my local gym for some spin classes, this mama is trying to get her groove back.
It ain’t easy! Right before I got pregnant I was trying to get healthier with walks on my lunch at work and yoga classes with Brandi Rivait Yoga and it was working, then the morning aka all day long sickness hit and I was out for the count for the rest of the summer. Later in my pregnancy, I would hit the gym a few days a week, but it just wasn’t the same. So, now I am back at it, kicking it into high gear again trying to get that #summerbod.
That’s why I love my Sudio wireless headphones. No mess of cords while I run or walk Finn and amazing sound quality to get me going. Plus, I love the design. I even have an extra set interchangeable marble design caps to switch up the look! It might not make me run any faster but I will look good doing it!
