It sounds silly and totally vain but the one thing I feared the most about getting pregnant was stretchmarks. My mom got them from me, I have had them occasionally throughout the years from growth spurts but I knew that getting pregnant would mean I was highly likely to get them by the truck loads as my belly expanded. So, by month four when I started to see a change in my stomach, I was making a mad dash to research my options for prevention.  That’s when I stumbled on Bio Oil. Clinically proven and dermatologist recommended for scars and stretch marks, Bio Oil also helps improves the appearance them.

After using it for over a month, I noticed that not only is it great for scars and stretch marks, but it can also be used to moisturize your face/body, nails and cuticles, hair, or remove makeup. It’s non-greasy, won’t clog your pore and hhypoallergenic. A friend of ours who is due a day before us doesn’t love the smell, but I really enjoy it! Since, I am faithfully applying it before bed, the smell is now a part of my bedtime routine and a reminder I will be enjoying some much-needed zzz’s shortly.
