It has been insane busy lately with work, blogging and traveling and with that comes some serious sacrifices with friends and family. So when Jacob’s Creek reached out wanting me to share my #moscatomoment, it was the perfect opportunity for some quality girl time with my friend Brandi (you can check her out here) It didn’t take much, a glass of wine is all we need to catch up and you really couldn’t beat our view that evening!
We were able to mix up a few Jacob’s Creek Recipes and the blushing peach was our favourite. I’ve been on a Rosé kick lately and this one definitely hit the spot!
[left]LIME IN THE COCONUT
- 5 oz. Jacob’s Creek Mascato
- 3 oz. Coconut Water
- Juice of one Lime
- Lime Wedge
Fill a highball glass with crushed ice. Add Jacob’s Creek Mascato, coconut water and lime juice. Garnish with a lime wedge. Cheers![/left]
- 1 Bottle of Jacob’s Creek Rosé
- ¼ cup of Peach Schnapps
- ½ cup of lemonade
- Frozen peaches
- Frozen Fruit
In a pitcher, combine Jacob’s Creek Rosé, Peach Schnapps and lemonade. Add frozen peaches and divide amongst eight glasses. Garnish with your choice of berries. Cheers![/right]
