DEFINE YOUR STYLE
Now that you have cleaned out your current Wardrobe (part one) it’s time to take a look at what you have left and Define your Style!
To define your style is simply trying to get to the bottom on what looks best on you always so we can focus mainly on those certain shapes, colours and styles.
The Big Questions to Ask Yourself:
What characteristics does your keep pile have in common? (example: silhouette & colours)
What do I like about these items?
What are the principles of this pile can I apply to my future shopping?
Remember that by defining your style you aren’t limiting yourself you are just scoping out where it is best to spend your money and move your wardrobe in the right direction. You want to fill your wardrobe with items that you will actually wear over and over again plus the most successful wardrobes are ones that can easily mix and match. Again, I am not saying don’t buy any piece doesn’t fit into this niche- because sometimes it’s just to hard to resist. Defining your style just a reminder on where to invest your money and where to spend a little less.
