I have a love-hate relationship with my brows. For the past year, I have had some unruly moments growing out my eyebrows after almost a decade of tweezing, waxing, and shaping. I now opt for threading, but have been strategically leaving extra time in between appointments in hopes of regaining my bold and natural brows. So, in the meantime while my brows are trying to come back to life, I rely on heavily on filling them in so I don’t have to avoid the public and that’s where my Marcelle Forever Sharp Eye Brow Pencil comes in.
This particular pencil allows you to ditch the annoyance of a sharpener because you always have a pointed tip which is amazing for on the go and when you need some precision. Here are a couple of tricks I’ve picked up along the way (with some help from my friend Stephanie Kathleen of course) to fill in your brows properly.
- First, see what you’re working with and comb out your brows up and into place
- Using feather strokes, take your time and fill in the sparse spaces of your brows section by section using the Marcelle Forever Sharp Brow Pencil (I use the shade ‘Blonde’)
- Set your brows with either a clear or tinted gel to keep any stragglers in place
